Six people sustained minor injuries today following a kitchen fire in a residence in Cedofeita, as reported by the Porto Fire Brigade.
“The fire broke out in the kitchen of the residence located on Rua Álvares Cabral, Cedofeita, Porto. Six individuals suffered minor injuries; three were transported to Hospital de Santo António while the other three were treated on-site for smoke inhalation,” a Fire Brigade official stated.
The alarm for the fire, which is now under control, was sounded at 05:16 a.m.
As of 07:25 a.m., there were 23 personnel at the scene, supported by eight vehicles.
