A general strike is significantly impacting the aviation sector, with several dozen flights canceled at national airports. The most prominent effects are seen at Lisbon Airport, where more than a hundred flights have been canceled, including both arrivals and departures.
The influence of the strike is also evident in Porto. According to information available on the ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal website, six arrivals and six departures have been canceled at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.
In Faro, approximately 10 arrivals and 10 departures have been canceled on this day of the general strike.
Amidst this disruption, ANA is urging passengers with flights scheduled for Thursday to check their flight status before heading to the airports.
