The Union of Workers in Agriculture and the Food, Beverage, and Tobacco Industries of Portugal (SINTAB) announced today that an agreement was reached on Tuesday between workers and the company, ensuring a salary increase of 140 euros for all employees this year and an additional 130 euros in 2026.
The agreement also secures 25 days of vacation, three more than are currently provided, an increase in the meal allowance from seven euros to 9.38 euros, and a 10-euro increase in the attendance bonus, raising it from 60 euros/month to 70 euros/month.
Following the agreement, workers have canceled the strike that was planned for Thursday and Friday.
According to SINTAB, the agreement reached preliminarily aligns salaries without jeopardizing future legal decisions.
Rangel has been overseeing the entire internal logistics operation of Super Bock in Leça do Balio, Porto district, for four years, employing around 100 workers.
