A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicions of committing aggravated robbery involving a firearm threat, by the Polícia Judiciária (PJ) in Lisbon this Friday.
The incident dates back to January 31, 2024.
“The investigation, conducted by the Directorate of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, focused on a robbery using a firearm that occurred in a public space in Lisbon, against a driver for an electronic transportation platform,” the statement reads.
The suspect has already appeared before a judicial officer for the initial court hearing and has been remanded in custody.
