A Portuguese technology company has strengthened its international presence, closing the year with an export rate of approximately 28%. It is currently operating in Belgium, Norway, and Switzerland.
With its international expansion, the company “boosted the hiring of specialized talent,” recording a 12.5% increase in its workforce in 2024, surpassing 150 employees.
“Our recruitment model, guided by high levels of performance and specialization, has allowed us to attract profiles with the right mindset for highly challenging and collaborative environments,” stated Syone CEO Eduardo Taborda in a press release.
For 2025, the company anticipates a year of strategic reinforcement in new geographies and more national projects with a strong component of automation and artificial intelligence.
