
A TAAG will launch a new route between Luanda and Nairobi from September 1, with three weekly flights, strengthening the connection between southern and eastern Africa, the Angolan airline announced today.
In a statement, the airline highlights Nairobi as an important regional hub and a key transit point between different regions of Africa, Asia, and Europe, emphasizing that Kenya is one of the continent’s most dynamic economies.
According to TAAG, the direct connection to the Kenyan capital represents a significant advance in the expansion of the airline’s international network, offering competitive advantages in travel options for passengers, promotion of bilateral business, diplomatic relations, among other benefits.
With this new connection, TAAG will fly to over ten domestic and 15 international destinations, including cities like Lisbon, Paris, Dubai, São Paulo, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Lagos, Kinshasa, Maputo, and Windhoek.
