Telpark’s revenue increases by 10% to 53.4 million in the 1st quarter.

The revenue increase of 5% on a comparable basis was driven by the Off-Street business (parking lots), which saw a 14% year-on-year revenue boost and a 5.7% comparable increase, the company stated in a release.

The adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) reached 26.6 million euros in the first quarter of 2025, up by 11.7% compared to the same period the previous year, with a margin of 49.8%.

Pedro Agapito, who has held the CEO position since April, highlighted in the statement, “These results underscore Telpark’s ability to continue generating value and maintain a solid financial position, even in challenging contexts.”

The company manages 335,800 parking spaces, according to data from the end of March 2025, and has expanded its presence in Spain and Portugal, entering new cities like Viseu.

The group also operates in the electric mobility sector, with more than 1,100 semi-fast charging points and 94 fast charging points for electric vehicles.
