
Dalila Guerra, 52, served as an administrative and senior technician in the field of civil engineering at the Barrancos City Hall since 1993. She was a member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) district in Beja and was the district representative for Luís Montenegro’s candidacy for party leadership in 2022.
She was currently serving as a councilor for the PSD/CDS-PP coalition “Times of Change” in the municipality.
In a statement, the municipality expressed “the deepest sorrow,” acknowledging “her dedication and commitment to a professional life linked to this city council,” devoting herself “with competence, determination, and enthusiasm to the public cause in favor of Barrancos.”
