Miguel Prata Roque argued on Monday night on SIC Notícias that the Minister of Health, Ana Paula Martins, started her tenure “in an excessively aggressive manner” with the aim of “bringing order to the house.” However, after a year, he concluded that she is “unable to solve” the problems of the National Health Service (SNS), which is causing distrust among users.
“This minister, when she started her functions, began in an excessively aggressive way, aiming to bring order to the place, claiming that the others were all incompetent. She has all the means to solve the problems, but admits she cannot solve them, which creates insecurity among people when they need to rely on public services,” noted the socialist.
