
The week commenced with rain on Monday, November 24, following several days of clear and very cold weather. However, the forecast indicates that sunny weather will soon return.
The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) predicts that on Tuesday, November 25, the skies will be mostly clear across the country, with partial cloudiness expected in Bragança, Vila Real, and Guarda, as well as Porto Santo (Madeira archipelago) and the central and western groups of the Azores.
Temperatures are expected to reach up to 18ºC in Faro. The coldest district will be Guarda, with maximums of 8ºC and minimums of 2ºC. In Lisbon, temperatures should vary between 16ºC and 10ºC, in Porto between 15ºC and 7ºC, and in Évora between 16ºC and 6ºC.
In the Azores, maximum temperatures are expected to reach 21ºC and minimums of 15ºC, while in Madeira, maximums of 23ºC and minimums of 16ºC are anticipated.
On Wednesday, November 26, temperatures will remain relatively stable. However, the rain is expected to move to the archipelagos, leaving the mainland with clear skies. Sunny weather is forecast for Faro, Sines, and Setúbal, with slightly cloudy skies for other districts.
