The Weeknd announced a European tour for September this year, but Portugal was not initially included on the list. However, there are indications that the Canadian singer may have reconsidered and added Lisbon to the “After Hours Til Dawn” tour.
Why the speculation? On Wednesday, October 8, several images of billboards were shared on social media featuring the artist’s name, the tour title, and “Lisbon” prominently displayed.
It should be recalled that the artist last performed in Portugal in 2023, at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés in Oeiras, where he kicked off the European leg of his tour.

Currently, the European tour includes 29 concerts, starting in Paris on July 10, and proceeding to Amsterdam, Nice, Milan, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Stockholm, London, Dublin, and concluding in Madrid.
Prior to the European leg, The Weeknd will perform in Latin America, with shows in Mexico and Brazil.
If the artist does come to Portugal, it would mark his fourth appearance in the country, having previously performed at NOS Alive in 2017, and at Primavera Sound in Porto in 2021.
