
The Feira da Luz is set to commence on Saturday at Largo da Luz in Carnide, Lisbon, featuring traditional food stalls, home goods, crafts, entertainment, and free concerts of Portuguese music, as announced by the Junta de Freguesia de Carnide.
The fair will take place daily until September 28, with weekend evenings featuring free shows, beginning with Cláudia Pascoal on Saturday.
On September 28, Sérgio Godinho will close the event, which also includes performances by Deixem o Pimba e Paz (September 5), fado by Fábia Rebordão (September 12), a Queen tribute band One Vision (September 13), Toy (September 19), Marotos da Concertina (September 20), Xana Carvalho (September 26), and Buba (September 27).
In addition to the concerts, stalls of ceramics, home goods, crafts, and food trucks offering regional products, the fair will feature folk dance groups and philharmonic bands. A full program is available at www.jf-carnide.pt/feira-da-luz
