The “Somos Acionistas” program represents a “shared ownership and conscious capitalism model,” Inocambra explained in a statement, aiming at “valuing people and sharing success.”
This involves 100 workers becoming “an integral part of the organization’s future, benefiting from its growth and the value they help create,” it states.
“This program is our way of thanking, recognizing, and fostering the contribution of all those who build Inocambra’s history every day,” stated Gonçalo de Mello, partner at Menlo Capital and director of Inocambra, as quoted in the statement.
António Augusto Soares da Silva, founder and director of Inocambra, emphasized in the statement that by sharing the results, they strengthen the “culture of trust, belonging, and commitment, which is ultimately the basis of competitiveness and reputation in the sector.”
Inocambra, headquartered in Vale de Cambra, specializes in complex and customized metal constructions, reaching a turnover of 10.5 million euros in 2024.
