Torres Vedras. Xutos e Pontapés, Carlão, and Plutónio at the São Pedro Fair

The rock band Xutos e Pontapés is set to perform on July 6, delivering a concert featuring hits from their career, including “A Minha Casinha,” “O Homem do Leme,” and “À Minha Maneira.”

“The presence of the Kings of Portuguese Rock reinforces the event’s tradition of bringing great names in national music” to Torres Vedras, stated Promotorres in a press release.

The day before, Carlão will take the stage. After the dissolution of the hip-hop band Da Weasel, where he was the lead vocalist, Carlão continued his solo career, becoming known for songs like “Os Tais,” “Viver Pra Sempre,” and “Assobia Para o Lado.”

On July 4, Plutónio, an artist of hip hop, R&B, and AfroTrap, is scheduled to entertain the audience with his top hits such as “Interestelar” and “País das Maravilhas.”

He released his debut album, “Histórias da Minha Life,” in 2013, followed by “Preto & Vermelho” in 2016.

During the 11 days of the Feira de São Pedro, approximately 240,000 visitors are expected.

In 2024, the event recorded 212,000 visitors and featured 350 exhibitors, including 162 offering products and services, 109 traditional stallholders, 30 craft sales locations, 26 areas for entertainment and games, dining areas with five restaurants and eight food stalls, 32 food and drink spaces, and an entertainment zone with five bars.

The Feira de São Pedro has been held for 731 years and was moved to the four hectares of the city’s Regional Exhibition Park in 1999.
