A tourist died on Sunday morning after falling from a height of about 50 meters at the Miradouro do Juncal, located at Pico do Areeiro in Madeira.
According to local reports, the victim was approximately 40 years old. Rescue operations involved teams from the Madeira Volunteer Firefighters and the Regional Civil Protection Service (SRPC).
