Traffic on the EN 13 in Estela, Póvoa de Varzim, was “restored by 4:00 a.m.,” according to a source from the Porto Metropolitan Area Command, after being disrupted for more than five hours.
The accident alert was issued at 10:44 p.m. on Friday, regarding a collision involving three light vehicles and a motorcycle in Estela, municipality of Póvoa de Varzim, Porto district.
The accident resulted in one fatality, one serious injury, and two minor injuries.
Emergency services at the scene included members of the Póvoa de Varzim firefighters, INEM, and GNR, totaling 19 operational personnel, supported by eight vehicles.
