“Despite the cancellation, vessel owners and operators are advised to take appropriate precautions to ensure seaworthiness,” stated the regional maritime authority.
The Captaincy further noted that “conditions must be in place for safe passage on port protection jetties, cliffs, beaches, or natural pools, as well as safety measures for recreational fishing, particularly near cliffs and rocky areas.”
