The 21-year-old who had been missing since July 9 in Ponte de Lima has been found and is “well.”
An update on social media this Thursday revealed that Ícaro Fernandes “has reappeared.”
“Ícaro is in good health and with his family,” stated the same page that initially publicized the appeal regarding his disappearance.
Notably, last Wednesday, a week after the disappearance, a source from the National Republican Guard (GNR) confirmed that the young man was missing.
The report was filed with the GNR the day before, on Tuesday, by the father.
At the time, the source could not specify the circumstances of the disappearance or the reasons for the report being filed almost a week after the young man was last seen.
