Thecrash of a passenger car on the A23, in the area of Envendos, Mação, this Sunday morning, caused two injuries, one of them serious, confirmed Notícias ao Minuto with a source from the Médio Tejo Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command.
According to the same source, at 10.25 a.m. traffic had been cut off on the A23, in the Torres Novas – Castelo Branco direction (South – North).
The accident happened at kilometer 74.9 and the alert was given at 09h32.
The accident resulted in two injuries, one minor and one serious, who were still being assisted.
On the scene are the Mação Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Gavião Fire Brigade and the Castelo Branco Emergency and Resuscitation Medical Vehicle (VMER).
