José Manuel Silva Nunes is the new coordinating associate of CMS Portugal. The lawyer will join the real estate team.
CMS reinforces the Real Estate team with the integration of José Manuel Silva Nunes. The new coordinating associate has over 10 years of experience in real estate and comes from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
“It’s about reinforcing the team with a professional of excellence. With the increase in client demand, José’s addition to a team that already has lawyers of enormous quality today increases our response capacity,” said João Pinheiro da Silva, the partner who coordinates CMS’ Real Estate practice area.
José Manuel Silva Nunes has a degree in Law and a Masters in Forensics from the Portuguese Catholic University. He also has a post-graduate degree in Urban Planning and Construction Law from the University of Lisbon.
“It is with enormous expectation that I embrace this new project: the challenge of being able to work on major operations, in a team with a global perspective of the market. Being in a company with the international scope of CMS is a reason for enthusiasm in itself,” noted José Manuel Silva Nunes.
