Viana do Alentejo is preparing to witness the rehabilitation of the old Moinhos de Santo António and the consequent birth of a new real estate project. Gonçalo Queirós Carvalho’s architectural proposal takes advantage of the erected elements, maintaining the built structure and referring the necessary technical infrastructure for use as accommodation to some new spaces.

On the first floor we can find several patios and gardens, as well as social areas, restaurant and swimming pool. The upper floors will be composed of 11 rooms with sanitary facilities.

At stake is a project entrusted by the Mainside group to Transfor Interiores, reveals the company in a statement.

The Mainside group, it is recalled, owns ZeroHotels and is responsible for urban rehabilitation projects such as Lx Factory and Pensão Amor, in Lisbon.
