A Moagem development, located in Viana do Alentejo, will have 11 rooms, patios and gardens, social areas, restaurant and swimming pool.
Viana do Alentejo is preparing to witness the rehabilitation of the old Moinhos de Santo António and the consequent birth of a new real estate project. Its name, A Moagem, derives from the fact that the project is developed in the place where cereal milling used to be done and which has been deactivated for decades.
Gonçalo Queirós Carvalho’s architectural proposal takes advantage of the erected elements, maintaining the built structure and referring the necessary technical infrastructure for use as accommodation to some new spaces.
On the first floor we can find several patios and gardens, as well as social areas, restaurant and swimming pool. The upper floors will be composed of 11 rooms with sanitary facilities.
At stake is a project entrusted by the Mainside group to Transfor Interiores, reveals the company in a statement.
The Mainside group, it is recalled, owns ZeroHotels and is responsible for urban rehabilitation projects such as Lx Factory and Pensão Amor, in Lisbon.
